Omnia is the business software for small and medium-sized enterprises. The app brings Omnia to your mobile phone – for everything that needs to be done on the go.
WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH THE APP
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp
• Process tickets, record time and services, and have customer reports signed
• Look up and maintain addresses, appointments, and tasks
• Record receipts, expenses, and absences, and grant approvals
• Manage inventory, goods receipt, and shop orders, and scan barcodes
The areas you see depend on what's enabled in your business and your access rights. Everything is instantly available in your browser – and vice versa.
MADE FOR ON THE GO
You customize your most important areas in the bottom bar. Your phone will notify you of new messages and appointments even when the app is closed; the lock screen only shows that something is there, not what it is. Many entries can be made offline, and the app will send them later.
LOGIN AND SECURITY
You log in with a passkey – via fingerprint, facial recognition, or device PIN, without a password. Device access is stored in encrypted form and can be revoked at any time. The app only displays what your permissions allow. The data is stored in a Swiss data center.
REQUIREMENTS
An Omnia account. You cannot create an account within the app. Learn more at omnia.blue.
PERMISSIONS
The app only requests what it needs for its function: camera access for scanning and taking photos, microphone access for voice messages, and notifications for messages and reminders. You select images using Android's image selection tool – the app does not have access to your entire media library.
