The app helps authorized security personnel quickly record incoming alarms, locate the affected person, and respond without unnecessary delays. All relevant information is clearly displayed in one place, ensuring no valuable time is lost in an emergency.
As soon as an alarm is triggered, the responsible personnel can see the location of the affected person. Simultaneously, their own location is also displayed. This allows for a faster assessment of the situation and makes it easier to find the best route to the scene.
The displayed location history helps track movements. This makes it possible to see whether the affected person is moving or if their position has changed. This provides greater orientation and security throughout the entire operation.
Even after an alarm, everything remains traceable. Past alerts can be viewed and categorized appropriately, for example, as a test alarm, an actual security incident, or a medical emergency. Over time, this creates a clear overview of previous incidents.
