I couldn't get product to work with an s24 ultra which is strange given it's a flagship of Samsung. also their BIP 85 implementation is basically useless you can't use the index generated seed for anything it just gives you the seed words not super useful at least not differentiating in any way. poor product design and poor support

Also kindly include your desired use case for BIP-85 that you find missing in the email. The BIP-85 mnemonics are meant to power additional BitBoxes or third party wallets, but we are happy to get concrete feedback.

Bitbox02 Desktop on Windows - Carshes when I click "Send" to Withdraw / Move to exchange. If I can click on "Receive" it doesn't Carsh, but if I click on "Send", then the software immediately crashes and automatically closes out. Restarted many times, Please Resolve this issue! I regret my purchase.

Work well and simple with laptop. But when plug it into the phone doesn't seem to be working. It said connect bitbox 2 and tap device. But no light nothing comes on after tapping it many time. They should make a video on how to use with the phone app. Can't find any information on how to use with phone app.
