It would be nice if you could choose the language in the app, in particular a language than the one of the handset.

I wanted a sandwich for 4.8CHF, the app charged me 20CHF. How do I get my 15.2CHFs back? It has been days. App didn't give my money back.

Regularly we made a reservation of 20 CHF and covered the real amount out of the reservation (in your case 4.80 CHF). In our system the process looks correct and we received from the payment provider only the 4.80 CHF. So if you 've been charged with 20 CHF please get in touch with us under info@emil-froehlich.ch. Sorry for that inconvenience.
