App needs a lot of work to stop apps taking the space now vacated by uber. Points needed for improvement: 1. Accurate tracking of vehicle during journey 2. Name of vehicle type and registration number 3. Locations that aren't limited to Geneva ie bordering France area 4. Ability to link credit/debit card for payment 5. Ability to change language or app changes language based on phone UI language 6. Ability to report incidents Good points: 1. It's in English 3. Can pay by card or cash

I booked a taxi at 21:00 for the next morning at 4:00. I was called at 3:25 and informed they could not send a taxi to my area. Then why was I allowed to book in the first place!?

Don't use this app. Terrible user experience and poor service from company
