The app was perfect before, very simple and mainly QUICK to use, even on my fairly slow phone I could see everything I needed almost immediately after opening the app. But this new update just made it horrible, it's much harder to use in a hurry, having to go through multiple useless steps just to get a very hard to understand timetable, if you won't change anything else, at least revert to the line being on the left symbol first, and the time to arrival on the left, without the "in", and bigger

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are always open to suggestions from our community. On the subject of the interface, we're aware that it's very different. So it's normal for it to take a little time for you to get the hang of it. Best regards.

Besides the unfriendly and inefficient interface (agree with negative comments about it), the main problem with the new app is that the real-time data are incorrect. I have been checking it frequently being on the bus and looking at its times vis-a-vis the stops on the way. The trip planner has become therefore misleading. At the stops, people now mainly look at the boards (where available), or use Google maps. TPG took a defensive position and does not seem to listen at all, which is weird.

Regarding your comment on the interface, what are the elements that you don't like? Thank you for your cooperation. Best regards

Unnecessarily unclear, buggy, and ridiculously unreliable. The TPG app has worsened even more than their services, and that's saying a lot. I remember when you could look at the timetables by the stops and actually trust that your bus would arrive when it was supposed to. Now, you have an app that can not be trusted at all. Phantom buses (buses that appear in the app but don't really exist) are way too common. BTW for 3 CHF/h I expect the AC to be on in a full bus when it's 35°C outside.

Hello. When you select the station and direction you are interested in, you can click to see the time at which your tram/bus arrived at the previous stops. On the subject of ‘Phantom buses’, on which line have you noticed this problem? Best regards.
