if i can score this app with Zero, i would have done so. Whoever are the IT Developers of this app, have poor cognition, poor intelligence, poor foresight, poor capabilities. Just another European tech with poor capacity. You cannot buy anything from the app. You have to text whatever number to purchase a ticket. It also does Not explain what zones are attributed for each ticket.

Ticket purchases are handled through the TPG+ app, which is specifically dedicated to buying tickets and managing fares. If you have suggestions or recommendations, we remain open to hearing them. I am a bit lost fornthe purpose of this app. The schedule seems to be not up to date and SBB app has more reliable sources. For example, bus 22 is unpredictable... will it come on time or will it be canceled or late? It's always a lottery. confusing times in the departures tab (nearby). Doing math with deviations is counterproductive and leads to missed departures and messed up planning. Lack of favourite stops and slow search of a bus stop by name (takes ~5seconds on S22)

The app was perfect before, very simple and mainly QUICK to use, even on my fairly slow phone I could see everything I needed almost immediately after opening the app. But this new update just made it horrible, it's much harder to use in a hurry, having to go through multiple useless steps just to get a very hard to understand timetable, if you won't change anything else, at least revert to the line being on the left symbol first, and the time to arrival on the left, without the "in", and bigger
