For regular travelers, waiting times to the next vehicle, travel time and possible connections are all available in real time, i.e. according to the current position of the vehicles!

The app user interface is a case study of botched design. Clutter clutter clutter. Impossible to navigate. Furthermore, information presented is often incorrect, arrival and departure times are inaccurate. When lines are deviated for different reasons this app does not show this. The TPG had an excellent app with a simple and easy interface which they decided to 'upgrade'. The rating of this app should have caused the TPG to think. Congratulations : 1.4 avg note. And the answer is get used to it

Hello. Could you tell us more about what you mean by clutter when you talk about the interface. On the subject of timetable problems, does this concern a particular line? Finally, we've never asked our users to simply get used to it. We've set up tutorials and an FAQ, and we're always available to answer any questions they may have about using it.

Poor user interface: It's cluttered, badly designed, with many unnecessary layers and generally very user un-friendly. The core planning trip function is too complicated. I have been using this app daily for months and am still find the experience confusing and frustrating. For tourists not knowing where they are heading, this app must be a nightmare. It needs to be withdrawn and completely re-designed - taking design cues from the intuitive app it replaced.

Only if you want to take a few weeks of classes to learn how to use it. Most confusing application I ever try to use. Zero UX for December 23 version. No favourites, no simple departure info. Rollback to the previous version is highly recommended And how do I go directly to favourites? you only described how to mark them as favourites

Hello. What don't you like about the application? As far as favourites are concerned, they still exist. To do so, go to the " Schedules " tab, click on the star next to the stop, and find all your favourites in " Schedules / My Places ".
