The app is barely usable. For example, it's impossible to see at what times cars would be available, turning a booking into a "sink ships" match. Great mini game, during the first two rounds, but the level of difficulty is just too high. Also, the date selection constantly resets itself. While I am fond of having little state and functional programming, on this occasion a little more state would improve the user experience.

Unreliable. I often need to restart the app several times to connect with a bike. Not a nice experience to be stuck somewhere with a locked bike that only unlooks after the xth attempt. Also - why do you show vehicles "currently out of service" on the overview dashboard? That doesn't make sense...

Great bikes, but the app and the whole system is not reliable at all and full of bugs. In 2 out of 3 reservations something does not work with a wide range of errors from bikes not being found, not recognizing finished rides, bookings/bikes falling out of the sytem during the ride to not being able to return bike, etc.
