SPACE@work stands for Stress Prevention & Awareness training Chatbotbased for Executives. This is not a classic tracking app to record your symptoms or measures, but rather a virtual coaching that can help you deal better with stress in everyday management and achieve a healthy leadership style for you and your employees.
SPACE@work provides in-depth knowledge about stress and targeted techniques for reducing stress and was developed in collaboration with various universities and specialist experts.
