HIPAA compliant; needs a PIN when you open on your mobile. User friendly (for me I guess ☺️), liked the UI (my fave color 😍), can easily navigate and access channels 👌👌. Hopefully they'll get to fix the errors soon when sending a message without having to log out of the app. Looking forward for new app update 😉
