- The technology used for security tokens may differ from one security to another (which may result in different methods of transfer and recording of rights).
・The provider of the technology related to the transfer and recording of rights may be different from the provider of the platform that uses that technology to distribute the security token.
・There are risks associated with the uncertainty of the technology related to the transfer and recording of rights, as well as the uncertainty of the platform's technology and operations.
・If a security token is leaked, rights transfer may be suspended for a certain period of time, interest payments may be suspended, and all or part of the rights related to the security token may be lost.
