About this app

Cheguei connects stores and delivery drivers in real time. It's a single app with two profiles: order a delivery in seconds or earn money delivering in your area.

FOR YOUR STORE

Need a delivery? Open the app, enter the address and choose the urgency. Cheguei finds the nearest available delivery drivers and you can track everything until it reaches the customer's door.

• Three urgency levels: Scheduled, Standard, and Flash — you choose between saving and rushing
• Automatic assignment: the app automatically chooses and confirms the nearest delivery person
• Choose the vehicle: motorcycle, bicycle, car, truck, or semi-trailer
• Scheduling with date and time, with notification to the delivery person 45 minutes in advance
• Address with autocomplete and saved favorite addresses
• Repeat a previous order with one tap
• Track the status in real time and chat with the delivery person
• Rate the delivery from 1 to 5 stars at the end
• Credits via Pix directly in the app: QR Code on the screen, balance automatically added when payment is confirmed

To drive with us you need a valid driver's license and up-to-date vehicle registration. Verification is done directly with official traffic databases and takes only a few minutes.

HEAVY FREIGHT

In addition to motorcycles, bicycles and cars, Cheguei also serves trucks and semi-trailers, with a larger operating radius and price calculated per kilometer driven. Ideal for moving, bulky cargo and intercity transfers.

SIGNING IN IS QUICK

Sign in with your Google account in one tap, or use email and password. If you don't already have an account, the form will already be filled in with your name and email.

YOUR DATA IS SECURE

Cheguei was built in compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law). Documents and Pix keys are encrypted, all traffic is HTTPS, and you can download your data or delete your account whenever you want, directly from the app.

The app is free. The store only pays for the deliveries it requests, and the delivery person receives payment per completed delivery, with no monthly fee.
