Users can submit a request, receive proposals from service providers, negotiate the price directly within the application, and schedule the service using the integrated calling, messaging, and mapping features.

## How does MasterDjossi work?

### 1. Submit your request

Select the service you are looking for and describe your needs, specifying relevant information such as location, desired date, quantity, and service characteristics.

### 2. Find a service provider

MasterDjossi progressively sends offers to potential service providers, taking into account their geographical proximity, previous ratings, and availability.

Each service provider has a set timeframe to review the request and respond. If no response is received within this timeframe, the offer is passed on to the next provider.

### 3. Negotiate the price

The requester and the service provider can instantly discuss the cost of the service directly within the application. They exchange proposals until they agree on a mutually acceptable price.

### 4. Communicate easily

After agreeing on the price, both parties can use the integrated call and messaging features to clarify practical details and schedule the service.

### 5. Meet at the service location

The service provider uses the integrated map to navigate to the location and perform the agreed-upon service.

### 6. Pay and rate

After the service is completed, the requester pays the service provider directly. The service provider then transfers MasterDjossi's share of the platform fees.

The requester can then rate their experience and give the service provider a score.
