About this app

1. The OQSF-CI was instructed, by decree n ° 2016-1136 of December 21, 2016, on the creation, organization and operation of the said Observatory to set up a comparator in order to promote transparency and guarantee the comparability of the main retail financial services, among others.

2. this comparator takes the form of a website. It covers the main retail financial services offered to individuals and SMEs by credit institutions (banks), decentralized financial systems (microfinance), insurance companies, electronic money issuers (mobile money) operating in Ivory Coast
