Soutra is mobile money that comes to you.
No more searching for a cash pickup location or waiting in line: order your transaction from the app, and an identified Soutra agent will come to you and complete the transaction in person.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Withdraw: Receive your cash at home or at the office.
• Deposit: Hand over your cash, and it will arrive in your Mobile Money account.
• Transfer: From one account to another, without leaving home.
• Pharmacy and supermarket shopping: Provide your shopping list and maximum budget—an agent will do your shopping, keep the receipt as proof, and deliver your groceries. You only pay for the actual amount of the purchases, with the receipt as proof, plus the delivery fee.

• Each agent is identified: You see their photo and rating before they arrive.
• A unique delivery code protects each transaction: Only you know it; the agent must ask you for it in person. • Live, step-by-step tracking: accepted, en route, almost there, arrived — you always know the status of your order.
