Ratings and reviews

The app keeps crashing. This is something recent as for the longest time I had no issues with it. Now it also puts a notification at the top of my phone whenever I am on a trip. That's fine, but if that is what is causing it to keep crashing, we don't need that. Also if I'm responsible for transporting people I need access to the notes area.

Excellent solution for NEMT providers! Fully compliant and easy to use. Drivers and dispatchers love it!
