Axora Communities is the intercom and access control system for your condominium, right on your phone.

📞 RECEIVE CALLS ON YOUR CELL PHONE
When a visitor calls from the intercom at the condominium entrance, or when the concierge/doorman needs to contact you, you RECEIVE THE CALL ON YOUR PHONE just like a normal phone call: it rings and appears in FULL SCREEN even if your phone is locked or the app is closed, so you can answer and open access instantly. You can also call the concierge directly from the app. This is the main function of Axora Communities, which is why calls are displayed in full screen, just like a regular phone call.

🔐 Access Control
Quickly register visitors, suppliers, and guests with ID scanning, QR codes, and entry/exit control. Every movement is recorded.

📩 Invitations
Residents create invitations for their visitors and generate an access code that the concierge validates at the entrance.

📦 Packages
The concierge registers incoming packages, and residents receive notifications on their phones, with reminders if they are not picked up on time.

📢 Announcements
The administration sends announcements to the entire community or to a specific house, with images and attachments.

📅 Common Areas
Reserve barbecue areas, the event hall, and other spaces, with confirmation from the administration.

🗳️ Meetings
Schedule meetings, record attendance, vote in real time, and automatically generate the minutes, available to everyone.

Emergency button to immediately alert the concierge and the community.

All important alerts are sent directly to your phone.
