Acta Fácil lets you document deliveries, receipts, and completed work directly from your phone, without paper forms and without creating an account.

Create reports for services, properties, or equipment; review each point using a checklist; attach photos; optionally record the location; and obtain signatures from both parties. At the end, the app generates a professional PDF that you can share through the apps installed on your device.

The free version generates PDFs with a discreet Acta Fácil identifier. Premium is an optional one-time purchase that permanently removes this identifier. It is not a subscription, and the app is ad-free.

The minutes, photographs, signatures, and coordinates remain in the phone's private storage until the user decides to share or delete them.
