About this app

This application is aimed at those executives, managers or business owners and their legal managers and prosecutors who wish to access directly, without any mediation, information about the trademark portfolio of one or more companies.
The application allows users to organize the information of all their registered or requested trademarks both in Chile and abroad (*) by alphabetical order, class, application, registration and expiration. This functionality allows multiple users per company and access to the portfolio of third-party brands.
The application also provides detailed information on the registered graphics and descriptions of the products or services of the classes in which said trademarks are registered.
In numerous portfolios, it allows you to locate and select the trademarks regarding the existing protection coverages (classes), so that the user can identify at a glance relevant coverages that are missing and that need to be protected. Likewise, it constitutes an essential help tool for preparing budgets for future renewals by being able to organize the brands by their respective expiration dates.
The optimal application is achieved when not only the portfolio of national trademarks is incorporated but also the trademarks that the user owns abroad, according to the modality accepted by the client.
The application draws on public information that is systematized and organized to serve as a tool for companies to manage their own portfolios. Likewise, the application does not replace the advice of specialist professionals.
All information is downloadable in spreadsheet format for backup and new systematization by users.
The application is free under the conditions and modalities approved by the client, prior subscription and acceptance of the operating rules.
