About this app

ConserjeApp is the Chilean platform for managing buildings and condominiums from your cell phone. Designed for administrators, concierges, and residents, it integrates into a single app the processes that previously required Excel spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and physical folders.

• Common Expenses: monthly closing, configurable rates, automatic fees per apartment, PDF expense report, and payment record.

• Packages: package photo, resident notification, and pickup confirmation.

• Reservations: common areas with calendar, approval and recording of payments via bank transfer, cash, debit, credit, check, or other methods, configurable by each administration.

• Visitors: digital registration with resident authorization and license plate and wheel chock control for vehicle visitors.

• Reports: residents report problems with photos and priority; the concierge manages them.

• Notices: mass communication from the administrator with read receipts.

• Fines and fees: recording of violations according to building regulations.

• Parking spaces and storage units: assigned to residents from the administrator panel, visible in their profile, plus visitor parking spaces that can be reserved by calendar.

• Documents: regulations, minutes, and contracts available to authorized residents.

• Meeting module.

• Logbook: digital log of the concierge shift.
