About this app

Curso Conectado is the free app for managing the finances of your class, parent-teacher association, or school board—organized, transparent, and without the hassle of Excel or WhatsApp groups.

Designed for boards that are busy all year collecting fees, organizing events, recording expenses, and reporting to the assembly.

WHAT DOES CURSO CONECTADO DO?

• Fees and Payments — Define the financial agreement once ("10 installments of $15,000 starting in March") and the app automatically generates each student's statement. Each parent/guardian can see their current balance without having to ask.

• Payments with Proof of Payment — Attach a screenshot of the transfer when registering a payment. Say goodbye to the "did it arrive or not?" dilemma.

• Donations — Voluntary contributions from parents/guardians, grandparents, or local businesses. These are recorded separately from fees for transparent accounting.

• Fundraising Events — Raffles, bingo, food sales. Each vendor has their own mobile app with a unique PIN, sells from their phone, and when the event closes, the revenue is automatically added to the student's statement.

• Expenses with receipts — Every course expense is accompanied by an attached receipt. The end-of-year financial report becomes a one-click PDF.

• Voting — One vote per student, no duplicate votes allowed. Visible quorum, written evidence, auditable results. More transparent than a WhatsApp group.

• School community — A lost and found corner and flea market for parents to exchange items and help each other across classes.

• Multi-role — If you have children in different classes, you manage everything with a single login. If the class committee has 5 people (president, treasurer, secretary, etc.), everyone collaborates using their permissions.

• Parent mode — Each parent logs in and views their student statement, fees, class events, and open voting. No need to wait for the assembly.

WHY IT'S FREE
Because we know the role of course treasurer is already thankless. Curso Conectado is supported by discreet advertising within the app (products related to the school environment, nothing intrusive).

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
Your course information (fees, payments, students, parents) is only visible to the administration and invited parents. Nothing is published externally, nothing is sold to third parties; each course operates in isolation. Our privacy policy: cursoconectado.cl/privacidad

WILL YOU TRY IT?
