Eduken is the app a school uses to communicate with its staff: circulars, protocols, meetings, policy changes and day-to-day announcements.
It is not a social network or an open channel. There is no public sign-up: you log in with the account your institution gives you, and you only see what that institution publishes.
WHAT YOU FIND INSIDE
• Official announcements from your school, with its logo and colours.
• Group chat by team: the everyday conversation, in rooms your institution sets up.
• Tasks: the assignments given to you by school leadership or the academic unit, with due date and status (pending, in progress, completed), and a notice back to whoever assigned them.
• Internal messages addressed to your team, with the option to reply when the sender allows it.
• The institutional calendar: staff meetings, gatherings and administrative dates.
• Pages and galleries with the material your institution wants to keep at hand.
• Notifications so you don't miss an important communication, with a distinct alert sound for emergencies.
TARGETED, NOT BROADCAST
Each communication reaches the group it belongs to — a department, a grade level, homeroom teachers, support staff — and not everyone by default. That is what keeps it being read.
FOR SCHOOL STAFF
Eduken is a work tool for the people who keep the school running: leadership, the academic unit, school climate staff, teachers and education assistants. It is not aimed at students or parents, and it does not process their data.
HOW TO GET AN ACCOUNT
Your school provides it. If your institution does not use Eduken yet and you are interested, write to us at contacto@gctech.cl
Eduken is available in Spanish and English, and you can change the language from your profile inside the app.
