i get line inactive even though my line works and i can't recharge it, i bought 5000 but when i want to buy data package i get line inactive AND THE 103 AND WHATSAPP IS ALL IN SPANISH

App is good in general, but... It can be difficult to navigate. It has other problems too, I tried to get a discount code for a movie ticket I was buying online, ahead of time and could not use it, cause the app only gives codes that are valid on that same day, even though you should be able to use the codes to buy online...

!!!!Do not use!!!! App is intentionally designed to steal money. Only manage your account by phone by dialing 103. The app charged me 10,000CLP but the credit never arrived to account. Even after sharing screenshots of bank charge Entel customer service refused to credit account. Do not use this app!!!! Dialing 103 works every time.
