K-LyDapp is the official corporate platform of Constructora L y D S.A., designed exclusively to optimize the management, planning, and quality control of all our on-site construction projects.

Inspired by the Last Planner System (LPS) methodology, K-LyDapp connects central administration, site managers, field supervisors, and subcontractors in a single, collaborative, real-time ecosystem.

Key Modules and Features:

📊 Dashboard and Progress Control: Monitor the project status in real time. Visualize the S-curve, compare planned versus actual progress, and detect dynamic delays or obstacles on the critical path for informed decision-making.

📅 Master and Weekly Planning (Last Planner): Complete control of the schedule. Manage the Gantt chart, lookahead (constraint release), and weekly crew scheduling. Automatically measure your productivity indicators such as PPC (Percentage of Items Completed) and PCR.

✅ Quality Management (Protocols): Go paperless. Create, respond to, and sign quality protocols directly from your mobile device. Link the physical progress of the work strictly to compliance with quality standards (Statuses: Open, Review, Rejected, or Closed).

🤝 Subcontracts and Payment Statements: Transparent management of external companies. Control contracts, addendums, withholdings, and authorize Payment Statements (PS) in a centralized and traceable manner.

🔒 Secure and Corporate Access: Restricted, role-based access (Administrator, Site Manager, Quality, Subcontractor). Secure login via Magic Links sent to your corporate email.
