If you live or walk in Santiago, Metro allows you to obtain information from its network quickly and easily. With this application you can:
• Instantly know the complete status of the network, of each of the lines and stations of the Santiago Metro.
• Check and configure your Notifications to receive alerts when there are special conditions or incidents that affect your regular trips
• Plan a trip within the Metro network, including travel alternatives when there are unavailable stations.
• Quickly contact Metro staff in case of Emergencies, Queries and / or Assistance to enter or exit a station
• Know all the services, hours and express route of each station including means of combination in intermodal
• Check the balance and load your card bip! (the balance may have a lag of up to 48 hours, information provided by Tarjetabip.cl)
• Know all the rates and their schedules for all the types of card available (Bip !, TAM and TNE card)
• See the network plan

Hay otras aplicaciones no oficiales que muestran los movimientos de la tarjeta BIP, sigue siendo mala, porque mataron la app "carga activa" esa cumplía todas mis expectativas.
