About this app

Fleet maintenance is often overlooked for a simple reason: no one keeps track of all the mileage at the same time. FleetPro does it for you and alerts you beforehand, not afterward.

MAINTENANCE TRACKING BY MILEAGE
You record the mileage, and the app calculates how much time is left until the next oil change for each vehicle. Those nearing their due date appear in amber; those overdue, in red. When you register a change, the next one is calculated automatically.

WEEKLY CHECKLIST
A complete check of each vehicle with twenty items: water, wiper blades, brakes, filters, safety vest, first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, jack, lights, and battery. Each week's checklist is saved and can be compared with previous weeks.

TIRES WITH PHOTO
Six positions per vehicle—all four wheels, the spare, and one additional tire—each with its condition, tread depth (in millimeters), brand, size, and a photo. Tires that need replacing appear in the notification.

DOCUMENTS UP TO DATE
Vehicle registration, technical inspection, insurance, and fire extinguishers with their expiration dates. The app notifies you before they expire.

REMINDERS THAT ARRIVE
Schedule maintenance, deliveries, and returns. Notifications arrive on your phone even when the app is closed, with the advance notice you choose.

WORKS OFFLINE
In the yard, at the workshop, or on the road, everything is recorded. When the connection is restored, everything syncs automatically. No data is lost due to lack of coverage.

MULTIPLE PEOPLE, ONE FLEET
Invite your team with different roles: who can record and who can only view. Everyone sees the same updated information on their phone.

REPORTS TO SHARE
Export the spreadsheet, alerts, or the complete history to a file that opens in Excel, and send it by email or WhatsApp with a tap.

ONE VEHICLE, FREE
If you have only one vehicle, the app is free and has no fixed term. From the second vehicle onward, the
fee is per vehicle per month, and the amount adjusts automatically when you add or remove vehicles:

there are no plans to change or contracts to renegotiate.

Excel spreadsheet.
