Aparcatec is the operational app for parking facilities: manage vehicle entry, payments, cash register, and tickets from a single platform, connected to the Prixus ERP system.

MAIN FEATURES
• Vehicle check-in and check-out by license plate, with automatic rate calculation.

• Card payments integrated with Klap and Haulmer/TUU, and cash payment recording.

• Cash register opening, closing, and reconciliation per shift, validated against the backend.

• Bluetooth printing of tickets and receipts on thermal printers.

• Support for multiple business units and contracts per company.

• Transaction history by user, date, and payment method.

DESIGNED FOR OPERATORS
Designed for cashiers and supervisors who manage the parking facility daily: minimal touches, quick responses, and clear workflows for high vehicle turnover.

SECURITY
Encrypted communication via HTTPS, OAuth 2.0 authentication, and device linking per register. The app does not store card data: payments are processed by Klap and Haulmer/TUU.

REQUIREMENTS
• Corporate account enabled by the administrator.

• Internet connection.

• For card payments: Klap and/or Haulmer/TUU apps must be installed.

• For printing: Compatible Bluetooth thermal printer.
