About this app

SafeAccess Concierge is the essential tool for concierge staff in Chilean condominiums. It replaces the paper visitor logbook with a single app, connected to residents.

📷 VISITORS QR CODE SCANNING
Point your camera at the visitor's QR code. Instant validation of validity, time, destination unit, and detection of previously used or duplicate codes.

✍️ VISITORS, DELIVERIES, AND PARCELS REGISTRATION
If the visitor doesn't have a QR code, register their name, ID number, and unit:
- Scan ID card to capture the RUT (Chilean tax ID number)
- Verify vehicle license plate
- Automatic cross-reference with the blocked list
- Notify the resident when their visitor, delivery, or parcel arrives

🚨 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT (SOS)
When a resident activates an alert, the app sounds with top priority and displays who activated it, the unit, and the time. You can mark it as being attended to, resolved, or a false alarm, and the resident receives the response.

📦 PACKAGES WITH QR CODE PICKUP
Register packages with photos and deliver them only using the resident's dynamic QR code.

🚫 SHARED BLOCKED LIST
A block registered during a shift is visible to all building staff.

⏰ SHIFT CONTROL
Mark the start and end of your shift; the next staff member sees the pending tasks.
