My Business Complies is a new, simplified system available on sii.cl designed to facilitate and simplify not only the formalization process, but also the fulfillment of initial tax obligations for individuals starting their own business and/or those with small businesses that provide services or sell products and/or services and need to do so quickly and easily. My Business Complies is specifically designed to allow them to comply with their tax obligations from the outset.

Its OBJECTIVE is to facilitate compliance for all individuals who, under the mandatory business registration requirement established by Law No. 21,713 on Tax Compliance, which has been in effect since January 2, 2026, must register their business activities to develop their economic activity and fulfill their tax obligations.
Among the features of My Business Complies, it allows users to:
• Start business activities as an individual, in the first or second tax category, without needing to submit additional documents to begin.

• Access to fulfill your basic tax obligations, depending on the characteristics of the activity you are starting:
• Issue fee receipts
• Register and issue sales and service receipts (not sales invoices and/or documents with the right to tax credit).

• File the monthly VAT return, using the Service's template.

This is especially geared towards:
• Individuals and entrepreneurs who have not yet registered their business activity with the SII (Chilean Internal Revenue Service) and who need to formalize their business to comply with their tax obligations
• Individuals who have already started their business and want to issue tax documents and/or file their monthly return to comply with their tax obligations
