About this app

NOTICE: Timora is a product of Doppio SpA, a private company. It is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, or authorized by the Labor Directorate or any other Chilean government agency, and does not provide government services.

The regulations cited in this application come from official sources:
- Labor Code (Decree with Force of Law No. 1 of 2003): https://www.bcn.cl/leychile/Navegar?idNorma=207436
- Law 21.561 (40-hour workweek): https://www.bcn.cl/leychile/Navegar?idNorma=1191554
- Exempt Resolution No. 38 of April 26, 2024, Labor Directorate: https://www.dt.gob.cl/portal/1626/w3-article-124477.html

Timora is the mobile time and attendance app for Chilean companies, designed according to the technical requirements of Exempt Resolution No. 38 of the Labor Directorate and the Labor Code (Articles 22, 28, 35, 38, and 38 bis), and Law 21.561 (40-hour workweek).

TIME YOUR WORKDAY FROM YOUR PHONE
Record your arrival, departure, and break time in seconds. Each entry is hastily recorded with verifiable integrity (Art. 8), so you and your employer can be certain that the record hasn't been altered.

FACIAL VERIFICATION, WITHOUT UPLOADING YOUR FACE TO ANY SERVER
If your company activates selfie + liveness time tracking, the app requests a front-facing photo with blink detection and compares it to your reference photo. All facial recognition takes place on your phone: your face is never sent to a server, only an encrypted descriptor.

YOUR TIME RECORDS, ALWAYS IN SIGHT
Review your time history, download receipts with verifiable fingerprints, and request corrections when something doesn't add up. Modification requests notify your employer and are automatically approved if there is no response within 48 hours (Art. 39-40).

COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR COMPANY
Timora integrates natively with ZKTeco and IDFace biometric clocks and works with your employer's web-based shift management and reporting system, which is required by regulations (daily hours, Sundays and holidays, shift changes).

DESIGNED FOR THE CHILEAN WORKER
Compatible with rotating shifts and shift patterns defined by your company. Automatic alerts when a shift assignment exceeds legal limits (42 hours per week, 10 hours per day, 6 consecutive days, or less than 12 hours of rest between shifts).
