My Trujillo Fleet is a digital application designed to optimize public transportation operations in the city. It allows for real-time monitoring of the vehicle fleet, registration and supervision of vehicle routes, identification of checkpoints along routes, and clearer visualization of service journeys. In this way, it contributes to more efficient operational management and better use of operational data.
This application was developed within the framework of the Cities in Motion (CIMO) project, with support from German development cooperation, implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, and Switzerland, through its Economic Cooperation. Its implementation was carried out with the support of the Peruvian Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC), through PROMOVILIDAD, and in coordination with the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo.
It is a digital application to optimize the operation of public transport.
