When shopping at partner stores, customers present their Scrivilo QR code at checkout. The merchant scans this code through our app, instantly recording the transaction amount in both the customer's digital account and the shop's records. This eliminates the need for paper tracking while giving both parties real-time access to their credit history. All purchases made between the first and last day of each month are conveniently grouped, with payment due by the 15th of the following month – a system designed to align with traditional Italian business cycles while introducing modern convenience.

To support responsible credit management, our automated system sends timely payment reminders as the due date approaches. Should a payment remain outstanding after the 15th, the customer enters a grace period until the end of the month, during which their account status reflects the pending balance. If payment still hasn't been received after thirty days, the account becomes temporarily suspended, and the customer receives formal notification about potential reporting to CRIF – Italy's leading credit bureau. This graduated approach maintains fairness while encouraging timely payments.
