The direction of Escola Girassol Centro Educacional Montessori, based on its Strategic Planning in the area of Communication and with the objective of promoting better efficiency in communication between the school and its clients, innovates and provides a Communication tool replacing the Physical Agenda. With this software you will be able to:
The. Messages between teachers and parents (Virtual Agenda);
B. Sending medical certificates and/or prescriptions directly to the secretariat without the need to send a physical document;
ç. Scheduling and/or direct messages with departments such as the Secretariat, School Psychology, Direction, Coordination, Guidance, Finance;
d. Authorizations for automated study visits;
and. Parents can, through the application, inform authorized persons to pick up their children (With Photo);
f. Confirmations of delivery and/or withdrawal of children via the app to all those responsible with access to the app;
g. Polls/surveys;
2. Sunflower School:
· A place where children can be heard, receive the appropriate stimuli for their stage of development, be respected in their abilities, and have opportunities to build productive relationships with the environment and with others, based on universal ethical values.
