If you already have a 247agent Support Agent on your site, use this app to handle live chats, alerts, and settings without sitting at a computer.

LIVE INBOX
When a visitor asks for a human, the chat appears here. You can claim it, reply in real time, and close it when you are done. System messages show waiting, joined, and closed status so the team knows what is going on.

PUSH ALERTS
Choose what you get on this device: live chats only, email handoff only, all of them, or none. Each person on the team sets their own alerts.

TEAM
Owners can add live operators, set a password, and turn seats on or off. Operators answer chats. They cannot change widget or handoff settings.

WIDGET AND HANDOFF (owners)
Copy the embed code, pick light or dark look, set title, button label, greeting, launcher color, and widget language. Choose live chat or email handoff, plus SMTP if you send mail from your own mailbox.
