AMPLE Escala organizes the on-call schedule for medical teams across multiple hospitals in one place. The coordinator creates the monthly schedule, publishes it when it's ready, and each professional receives the notification immediately—no spreadsheets circulating on WhatsApp and no outdated versions on the on-call wall.
FOR THE COORDINATOR — schedule by hospital and sector with fixed days and repetition; draft mode (no one is notified until published); open positions with applications in the app; exchanges and transfers under their authorization; PDF reports with totals; multiple hospitals in the same account.
FOR THE ON-CALL WORKER — their monthly shifts on a single screen, even in more than one hospital; take vacancies, propose exchanges, or pass shifts; notifications and reminders via WhatsApp and push notifications; earnings summary; notice board.
WHO COORDINATES AND ALSO WORKS ON-CALL — a single account covers the coordination panel of one hospital and their schedule in the other.

PRIVACY AND ACCESS — isolation by affiliation/hospital/sector, encrypted traffic, data export and account deletion via the app.

IMPORTANT BEFORE DOWNLOADING — registration is pending until coordinator approval; it is not an app for finding individual shifts; there are no in-app purchases; it does not store patient clinical data.
