About this app

BYG Assistant is the digital communication channel between the representatives of Simón Bolívar and Giuseppe Garibaldi Schools (B&G School) and the institution. It is exclusively for the legal guardians of students and allows them to manage the most common tasks with the administration and coordinators from their phones.

With the application, the representative can:

• Consult the assistant. Ask questions about school life and receive guidance. They can also attach a photo or document (PDF or Word), such as a circular or assignment, for review.

• Send payment receipts. Attach an image of the monthly tuition receipt so it goes directly to the school administration.

• Request appointments. Request an appointment with a teacher, indicating the reason, which will be sent to the corresponding coordinator.

• Report absences. Notify the school of a student's absence, including the date and reason, and optionally attach a justification.

• Send payment receipts. Secure Access Without Passwords

Login is granted using the representative's ID card. The application verifies that it corresponds to a representative registered with the school and sends a one-time code to the email address on file. No new accounts are created, and no passwords are used.
Privacy

The application is intended solely for adults. Each representative can only view and manage the information of students linked to their ID card. The application does not include advertising or tracking tools. Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
BYG Assistant is for the exclusive use of registered representatives of B&G School. To use it, you must be registered in the school's records.
