About this app

Biber is the app for your trade. On the construction site, you can record what you've done with just a few taps or simply by voice. Everything arrives at the office neatly organized, without paper clutter and no follow-up questions in the evening.

WHAT YOU DO WITH BIBER

Record work: Book hours to the job, note materials, add a note. If your hands are full, just say so.

Hours without a job: Warehouse, workshop, travel, or helping out colleagues.

Photos from the construction site: before, after, damage, details. Directly with the relevant job instead of somewhere in a gallery.

Report and acceptance: The customer signs directly on your phone.

Report sick and vacation: Reported in seconds, you can see the status in the app.

Your day at a glance: Which jobs are scheduled for today and what's coming up next.

TALK INSTEAD OF TYPE

Biber was designed for voice input from the start. Tap the microphone and say what you want recorded. This will create a clean entry, which you should review and modify before saving.

WHO BIBER IS FOR

Biber is for trades businesses. Your company creates your account, and you log in with your username. On the construction site, your first and last name are sufficient, for example, max.muster.

For the office, Biber is also available in your browser: orders, planning, customers, and reports all in one place.

YOUR DATA

Biber is provided by BEAR BYTE GmbH from Germany. Your company is responsible for your data; we process it on their behalf.

You can delete your account yourself at any time: Settings, then Delete Account. You can also do this without the app via the page biber.cloud/konto-loeschen.

What’s new

Aufträge auf der Baustelle zeigen jetzt Beschreibung, Fotos, Pläne und Kommentare, dazu Anweisungen für die Kolonne samt Video. Aufgaben haben Unteraufgaben, Fotos und Kommentare.

Die Spracheingabe versteht Urlaub, Rapport und echte Zeiträume und zeigt beim Sprechen den echten Text. Der Assistent nimmt ein Foto zur Frage entgegen und antwortet Wort für Wort. Ein Angebot lässt sich direkt beim Kunden diktieren.
