About this app

Care360.Cloud is the mobile app for staff of care providers that use Care360, the care management system for supported living and care teams in the UK.

You'll need an account from your care provider. Your manager gives you an organisation code and access token (or a QR code to scan), and you sign in with your work email. There is no public sign-up.

On every shift
• See today's shift and the people you support, and clock in and out
• Write daily logs, handovers and incident reports, timestamped and attributed to you
• Record medication on the eMAR as you give it
• Add petty cash spending with a photo of the receipt

Your rota and hours
• Your rota for this week and the weeks ahead
• Notifications when your rota changes, and a reminder before each shift (Android)
• Add your shifts to your phone's calendar, and remove them again from App settings
• Your timesheet, exported as a PDF

Built for shared devices and private records
• A 4-digit PIN locks the app, with fingerprint or face unlock if you choose
• Screenshots and screen recording are blocked to protect the people you support
• Care records stay on Care360's secure servers, not on the phone
• Switching organisation signs you out of the one you leave

Handy on the go
• Pull down to refresh, and a clear "You're offline" screen when there's no signal
• Shortcuts on the app icon for My rota, Today's shift and Timesheet
