About this app

DairyOne helps milk collection centres and dairies run the day: record milk from farmers, work out the rate from FAT and SNF, make milkman bills, pay them, and sell milk and dairy products. It is part of CoreAxis ePOS (coreaxis.cloud), so the same account works on the web.

You need a CoreAxis business account. You can create one in the app.

MILK COLLECTION
• Morning and evening shifts
• Enter quantity, FAT % and SNF %; CLR is worked out for you
• Milk type: cow, buffalo or mixed
• The rate per litre comes from your rate chart and can be changed for an entry
• Collection register to review and correct entries
• Works without internet; entries sync when you are online

RATE CHART
• FAT × SNF rate grid, with FAT/SNF, FAT/CLR or formula modes
• Import a rate chart, export it as CSV, and look up a rate quickly

MILKMEN (FARMERS)
• Auto-numbered milkman codes, phone, address and bank details (IFSC checked)
• Ledger for each milkman: billed, paid and balance
• Statement per milkman

MILKMAN BILLS AND PAYMENTS
• Bills for any period, for one milkman or all at once
• 7 bill layouts; finalize, cancel or delete
• Share or print bills as PDF, or print on a thermal printer
• Single or bulk payments to milkmen, and supplier payments

SALES AND CUSTOMERS
• Sell milk and dairy products and record purchases
• Customers, delivery routes and doorstep subscriptions (daily or alternate day)
• Processing: turn collected milk into products
• Products and stock
• Sales report with cash, digital and credit split

ACCOUNTS
• Customer receipts, supplier payments and expenses
• Party dues, with SMS due reminders sent from your CoreAxis account

PRINTING
• Bluetooth thermal printers paired with the phone, or Wi-Fi/LAN printers
• 58 mm and 80 mm paper

MORE
• Hindi and English interface — choose your language at first launch or in Settings
• App lock with PIN or fingerprint/face unlock
• Team users with roles
• Business profile and logo, UPI and bank details for your business
• Light, dark or system theme

All data is sent to CoreAxis servers over HTTPS and is only visible to users of your own business. Some features depend on your subscription plan.
