About this app

CoreAxis ePOS is the Android app for businesses that use CoreAxis ePOS (coreaxis.cloud). Bill customers at the counter, keep stock up to date, and see your accounts and GST from your phone. Sales you make while the internet is down are saved on the phone and synced when you are back online.

You need a CoreAxis ePOS business account. You can create one in the app or at coreaxis.cloud. The same login works on the web app.

BILLING (POS)
• Search products or scan a barcode with the camera to add them to the cart
• GST worked out per line (CGST/SGST or IGST), with tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive prices
• Line discounts and a bill-level discount
• Pay by cash, UPI, card, bank or credit, or split one bill across payment modes
• Print receipts on Bluetooth or Wi-Fi/LAN thermal printers (58 mm / 80 mm, ESC/POS)
• Sales history with date ranges, invoice details and delivery challans

INVENTORY
• Product list with stock levels, low-stock and out-of-stock filters
• Add and edit products, print barcode labels
• Purchases, purchase orders and suppliers

ACCOUNTS AND GST
• Cash & bank book, party dues (who owes you, whom you owe)
• Customer receipts, supplier payments and expenses
• Chart of accounts, ledgers, journal entries and trial balance
• GST reports: GSTR-1 summary with export, GSTR-3B, HSN codes and GST invoices

REPORTS
• Profit & loss for this month, last month, quarter or year
• Sales report and stock report

CUSTOMERS AND STAFF
• Customer list and customer details (CRM)
• Employees, departments, leave and payroll (HRMS)
• Optional selfie attendance: staff check in and out with a photo; the phone's location is recorded at that moment if the staff member allows it
• Team users with roles; turn a login on or off

MORE
• Restaurant tables and token queue, online orders
• Industry modules for pharmacy, supermarket, mobile shop, tiles, cosmetics, electronics, optical, bakery, stationery, restaurant, café, sweet shop, dairy and general store (shown when your plan includes them)
• Switch between branches
• App lock with a 4-digit PIN or fingerprint/face unlock
• Light and dark theme
• Interface in English; Hindi is available on the language, sign-in and settings screens

SECURITY
• All data is sent to CoreAxis servers over HTTPS
• Sign-in with email and password plus an email OTP on a new device; authenticator-app 2FA is supported
• Your business data is only visible to users of your own business
