About this app

easyAcca is the HACCP self-monitoring log for restaurants, bars, delicatessens, and laboratories: it's filled out on your phone while you work and is ready for inspection.

Each log is dated, timed, and the name of the person who made it. No more paperwork to fill out at the end of the shift.

WHAT TO DO TODAY
As soon as you open it, the app tells you what's missing: refrigerator checks, daily cleaning, and any items left over from previous days, along with the date. A missed day is marked with the reason, such as "Closed room."

TEMPERATURES
A refrigerator, freezer, or cold room can be measured in seconds, even all at once while the refrigerators are being run. A measurement outside the limits triggers an alarm: someone takes charge of it and closes it, noting what has been done. With connected probes, temperatures arrive automatically.

CLEANING
The checklists for your daily, weekly, or monthly plan, with items to check off and a photo when needed.

EXPIRATIONS AND TRACEABILITY
Products with batch and expiration date, parent and child batch splits, QR codes to scan. Goods receipt starts with a photo of the delivery note. An expired product is not marked as accidentally consumed, and anything thrown away remains recorded along with the reason.

OPENING, DEFROSTING, CHILLING
Labels with the new expiration date and timed cycles with the result: an out-of-profile chilling process results in a non-compliance.

LABELS
Print from your phone with a Niimbot Bluetooth printer or network printer.

NON-CONFORMITIES AND DOCUMENTS
Non-conformities are closed with corrective action. The HACCP manual, technical data sheets, and certificates remain archived.

FOR THE OWNER
Invite your employees, who register on their behalf. The history is filtered by period and exported to a file to be opened in Excel, including temperatures, cleaning, expiration dates, alarms, non-conformities, and chilling.

Light and dark themes, just a few steps for each operation. Works on phone, tablet, Windows PC, and browser.

You can create your restaurant for free on acca.easyloop.cloud: cleaning, temperatures, and register are included. Then you can log in from the app with the same account. Other modules are activated upon request.

Dopo aver caricato una bolla puoi stampare subito le etichette dei prodotti. Se la stampante è spenta o scollegata, l'app te lo dice e ti porta alle sue impostazioni. I dipendenti collegano la Niimbot al proprio telefono da «Stampante Bluetooth» nel menu.
