About this app

Evoria Scanner is the entry app for events organized with Evoria (evoria.cloud). Attendants scan ticket QR codes at the entrance – quickly, reliably, and even when there's no network coverage at the venue.

HOW IT WORKS

1. The organizer opens "Share Check-in" in their Evoria EventHub.

2. You scan the displayed QR code or paste the entry link.

3. A quick readiness check – and entry can begin.

No account, no registration: The organizer's entry link is all you need.

WHAT THE APP CAN DO

• Scan ticket QR codes with instant results: Valid, Already Checked In, Blocked, or Invalid – displayed in full-screen color, as a symbol, with sound and vibration, so you can see it even at a glance.

• Largely displays the number of people if one ticket covers multiple guests.

• Offline operation: The guest list is stored on the device; scans are cached and automatically transferred as soon as a network connection is available.

• Name search for guests without tickets on their mobile phones – also works offline.

• Multiple devices simultaneously: Double entries are detected.

• Counter and progress bar, flashlight for dark entrances, standby mode to save battery.

• Readiness check before shift: Camera, server, offline data, battery, sounds.

• Dark design with high contrast – perfect for evenings outdoors.

WHO IT'S FOR
For the entrance staff of event organizers who handle ticket sales or guest management via Evoria. The app cannot be used without an organizer's entry link.

DATA PROTECTION

No advertising, no tracking. Guest data is exchanged exclusively with Evoria's servers in Germany. The only permission required: Camera (for scanning QR codes). Details: evoria.cloud/datenschutz/scanner-app

What’s new

Neues Aussehen mit neuem App-Symbol. Neu: Bar-Modus, um Goodies wie ein Freigetränk an der Bar einzulösen, auch ohne Netz. Oben im Scanner wechselst du zwischen Einlass und Bar. Belege für gebuchte Stehtische zeigen Tisch und Käufer. Rückfragen erscheinen im Design der App statt als Systemfenster. Dazu Fehlerbehebungen und eine aktuelle technische Grundlage.
