About this app

evoria Service is the ordering app for your team at parties, meetings, and in restaurants. Waiters take orders at the table on their phones. The kitchen and bar staff can see the orders immediately on their tablets. When an order is ready, the waiter receives a notification. The app is part of the evoria event platform (evoria.cloud) and works with orders placed by guests via QR code at their tables.

HOW IT WORKS

1. In their evoria dashboard, the event organizer opens the "Devices for the Ordering App" section under "Orders," selects their role and name, and receives a QR code.

2. Scan the QR code in the app or type it in. It's valid for 10 minutes and can only be used once.

3. Done. The app now knows your role, name, and your tables. You don't need an account.

THREE ROLES

Waiter (Phone)
• Tap the table or scan the table QR code, tap the item, and send. Each tap adds one more portion.

• Options, notes, and course for each item, for example, "without onions."

• "Again": Repeat the last round at the table with two taps.

• Five seconds to undo after sending.

• Your own area is prioritized; other tables are one tap away.

• "Ready for pickup" notification as soon as the kitchen or bar reports that the order is ready. One tap or swipe to "Served."

• Approve or decline orders from guests at the table, if the organizer has enabled this feature.

• Cancellation, even of individual items.

• Orders continue to be placed without a network connection. The app saves and sends automatically.

Station (tablet at the kitchen or bar)

• Orders are displayed as cards in the order they were received, with an audio notification for new orders.

• One tap to "Done," undoable at any time.

• Check off individual items.

• Total column: "7 × Pilsner, 4 × Schnitzel" instead of seven individual cards.

• Waiting time colors: Amber and red only for orders that are waiting too long.

• Reporting "sold out" is immediately effective for guests as well.

• The screen remains on. Dark design for the kitchen.

Management (mobile phone or tablet)

• Overview of all stations with open orders and waiting times.

• Enter orders like a waiter, report "sold out," and view connected devices.

TOKEN MODE
If you use tokens for payment, the app displays tokens per item and per table, for example, "B3: Collect 9 tokens." Your organization sells and counts the tokens itself.

IMPORTANT

• evoria Service is not a cash register. There is no payment, no invoice, and no prices on the receipt.

• Without connection by an event organizer, the app only displays the connection screen and a demo.

• A prerequisite is an evoria event where the organizer uses the ordering function.

This requires an evoria event where the organizer uses the ordering function. DESIGNED FOR USE
Mobile phones and tablets, light and dark screens, large text readable from a meter away, haptic feedback and sound, compatible with iOS and Android.

DATA PROTECTION

No advertising, no tracking. Order data is only sent to evoria's servers in Germany. Notifications are delivered via Apple, Google, and the Expo service and never mention a guest's name. Permissions: Notifications and camera (for scanning the pairing QR code and table QR codes). Details: evoria.cloud/datenschutz/service-app

What’s new
