About this app

Hermes CRM is the application for companies that use the Hermes CRM platform to manage their customer service, sales, and deliveries.

You need an active account, provided by your employer. The application does not allow open accounts.

FOR THOSE WHO SERVE AND SELL
• Converse with customers via WhatsApp and other channels, without switching apps
• Track deals and quotes through the sales funnel
• Consult the customer's profile, order history, and previous conversations
• Receive notifications of new messages and deals that need attention

FOR THOSE WHO DELIVER
• Receive orders assigned to you instantly, even with the app closed
• See the customer's address and open the route directly in Google Maps or Waze
• Report departure for delivery and completion with one tap
• Correct an accidental tap: the delivery can be undone in the following minutes
• Report your availability and receive orders only when you are on duty

SECURITY
• Password-protected access, with optional fingerprint lock
• Each person only sees the data of the company they belong to
• Inactive sessions are automatically terminated

ABOUT LOCATION
For those with a delivery driver profile, the app uses location—even with the screen off—to track The app tracks ongoing deliveries and informs the customer about the order's progress. Pickup only occurs when the delivery person is marked as available and within the working hours defined by the company. Outside of these conditions, the app does not collect location data. This permission can be revoked at any time in the Android settings.
