About this app

Kliveer Task is the task app for those who work with the Kliveer management software: note, organize, and find everything you need to do, even without an internet connection.

WORKS IMMEDIATELY, EVEN WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT
Install and use: tasks stay on your phone, without logging in or accessing the internet.

EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL
• Inbox for quick notes, then statuses such as To Do, In Progress, Pending, To Be Invoiced, and Completed
• Priority, reference date, and due date, by time or all day
• Client, project, amount, notes with openable links and attachments
• Instant summaries: Pending, To Be Invoiced, Overdue
• Search, filters by status, and sorting

MONTHLY AGENDA
See at a glance the days with tasks and deadlines, and add a task directly to the right day.

SHARE AND BECOME A TASK
From any app—browser, YouTube, social media, gallery, documents—tap Share and choose Kliveer Task: links, text, photos, and documents instantly become a new task.

CONNECTED TO THE KLIVEER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Enter your company name, log in with your Kliveer user, and tasks will sync with the management system and with Kliveer Task for Windows:
• Even offline: changes take effect as soon as you're online, nothing is lost
• Tasks shared by the company are read-only
• If the same task has been modified elsewhere, you choose which version to keep
• A notification for each new task received
• An icon always shows the status: green if everything is synced, red if there's a problem, along with an explanation and solution

SAFE AND CONFIDENTIAL
No advertising and no tracking. When you connect, data travels only to your company's Kliveer server, over an encrypted connection. The password is not saved on your phone.

Kliveer Task is designed for personal and professional use: complete management of the management software remains on Kliveer, on the web.
