LogixOne HR is a fully integrated HRM (Human Resources Management System) that provides HR professionals and employees alike digital access to employee data and HR business processes. The LogixOne HR app allows employees to access their personal HR data such as shift scheduling, time and attendance, incident submissions, access personnel documentation and leave requests. Running the application on the employees device allows HR management to also track the physical location of employees.
