Awful The fact that schools have to pay for this is really stupid. Our links don't work, the apps buttons don't work, we have to constantly switch devices hoping it will work on one of them. The fourms are also extremely confusing. It doesn't help that on the websites, words are jumbeled up and are impossible to read. Just a really bad app, don't use it.

Recent upgrade has made it so I can no longer access my account. I have gone to reset the password but they do not help out with the user name ... so the password reset is useless. Also no obvious way to contact the help desk as they say to. The link just takes me to an error message. Also the emailed boarder report flashes for a tenth of a second and I cannot see it before it disappears. Bleh ... a frustrating app since their regettable upgrade.

Hate the app its very laggy. Can't see the new messages till I reload. Crashes often. They should reconsider vibe coding this app with claude maybe quality will improve.
