About this app

MegaDirect is an in-house business app for insurance agent organizations. It can only be used with an account issued by the company, and new accounts cannot be created within the app.

[Today's Tasks]

Everything you need to take care of for the day—including birthdays, insurance expirations and exclusions, scheduled consultations and call follow-ups, and claim progress—is gathered in one place on the home screen.

[Customer Management]

View your assigned customers' basic information, enrolled insurance policies, and consultation and call records on a single customer card. You can leave notes directly from notifications after a call ends.

[Insurance Claims]

Fill out claim forms for 64 insurance companies covering non-life, life, pet, and liability insurance within the app, and submit them by attaching photos of the documents.

[Team Management]

Branch managers and team leaders can view organizational charts, weekly trends, and monthly organizational status to provide feedback to their affiliated agents.

[User Guide]

· This is an internal business tool for company-affiliated agents. It is not a service for general consumers.

· Accounts are issued by company administrators. You cannot sign up for membership within the app. · Phone and call log permissions are used solely to record calls with assigned customers as work logs and can be turned off in the app settings.
