smart.PA is the App born from the need to concretely satisfy the guidelines dictated by the three-year IT Plan in the Public Administration and by the Italian Digital Agenda. smart.PA uses an advanced cloud platform that allows citizens to manage relations with the public administration and access to public services directly from their smartphones.
smart.PA intends to take an important step towards the complete digitalisation of the Italian bureaucratic machine, in full harmony with the AGID guidelines on the use of CDs. Enabling platforms SPID (Public System of Digital Identity), PagoPA (Electronic payment system), ANPR (National Registry of Resident Population), CIE (Electronic Identity Card).
Every citizen can easily interact with the PA through a simple tap on their phone. smart.PA integrates features capable of providing more contextualised information both from a "physical" and a virtual point of view. The concept behind this metamorphosis is therefore also to provide useful information according to one's position. All points of interest (POIs) in the area are categorized and made available on specific user requests. Citizens will be able to access, for example, information relating to the location of all the public branches necessary for the management of the various instances which may however also be entirely managed through the mobile devices in use, the disabled can quickly identify in the order of a variable distance from 100 m to 1 km from your position, all parking stalls reserved for them and will be guided by the navigation system to the first available and so on.
The platform is also able to send push notifications in selected mode and for categories involved and thanks to the advanced artificial intelligence module fed by all the accessible data relating to the individual citizen and the integration of the latter with ISEE data, it will be possible to access and take advantage of the services of Discount (for institutions that intend to enable it) reserved for particular groups of citizens. This process obviously involves and integrates local operators, thus stimulating the local economy.
The app is also able to guarantee a drastic reduction of the times on the citizen's obligations towards the public administration - through a system of notifications, payments and deadlines, in a few minutes it will be possible to carry out operations that currently require much more time and long queues to the branches.
