About this app
Recording of working hours for different users.
This app provides the manual recording of working hours for different users. This also includes informations about breaks, type of activity, remarks and daily notes. These informations are used to calculate working hours and days, vacation and sick days and other statistical values based on the specific information delivered by the user. Additionally the user can save information regarding "Verpflegungsmehraufwand" following the german regulations (starting from 2023).
All data are saved in an internal database and are available every time you are starting the app. Also different options for import/export are implemented.
The app can be controlled by different main views. The viewer mode shows available entries in a single choice mode and a calendar view mode. Additionally there is a daily full screen view with detailed information of the day and an overview about statistical values. The editor mode is used to create, edit and delete entries. For this there are also user defined text pattern and a numpad available. The info mode shows information about the version, a user manual and additional settings/functions as import/export, a user management, general settings and input of special days e.g. holidays. Additionally a reader mode is integrated to load external databases for read-only.
