Recording of working hours for different users.
This app provides the manual recording of working hours for different users. This also includes informations about breaks, type of activity, remarks and daily notes, vacation/sick days, user specific values e.g. should be working times/days and a working hours account. These informations are used to calculate the total working hours of the day, the week and the month as well statistical values. Additionally, the user can save information regarding "Verpflegungsmehraufwand" following the german regulations (starting from 2023).
All data are saved in an internal database and are available every time you are starting the app.
Attention: to uninstall the app also means to delete the internal database! Remember a regularly data backup before removing the app!
The app can be controlled by five main views. The viewer mode shows available entries in a single choice mode and a calendar view mode. Additionally, there is a daily full screen view with detailed information of the day and a statistical view related to should be working hours/days as well as vacation/sick days, working hours account and more. The editor mode is used to create, edit and delete entries. For this there are also user defined text pattern and a numpad available. The info mode shows information about the version, a user manual and additional settings/functions as import/export, a database management, general settings, input of special days e.g. holidays, the timewise definition of vacation days/sick days/day addons and user specific data. The settings and the list of special days are saved internally via the user name, but can also be exported as separated text files. Additionally, a reader mode is integrated to load external databases for read-only.
